The logosmall is an educational site dedicated to the promotion and education of Naturopathic Phytotherapy for members of Sebastian Liew Centre and all who are seeking a drug free way to achieve wellness.

All my articles in the form of a journal or the diary are focused on natural medicine information in various disciplines - Diet therapy, Nutritional medicine, Lifestyle modification, Psycho-Spiritual health, Ecology, with special focus on Phytotherapy - the use of whole plant and plant substances to heal and prevent diseases.  

The ultimate objective of this site is Transformation towards Cosmic health - Healing ourselves, others and creation/nature. Do join me in this healing journey and be transformed to wholeness.
